• Preferences and settings — brief timing, interests, diet type, voice selection, language; stored locally on your device

2.2 Health Data (HealthKit)

With your permission, Hermes reads the following from Apple HealthKit:

• Sleep duration
• Step count
• Resting heart rate
• Active calories burned
